Gamer Fitness Episode 1: Fitness Challenge and Self Improvement

Thank you:
I am out of shape. It's a reality that I must face. My body is skinny/fat or nerdy/fat. My wife has self confidence issues with her body and my dog is almost obese. My family has weight problems. This is the first episode of my journey into fitness and self improvement. As far as the contest goes, I'm not sure what big prize it will be but I'll make it a really good one. Just be sure to film yourself and document your journey if you want in 😉

drift0r i know you probably wont read this but im a personal trainer here is a few pointers when losing weight stay away from fruits there sugars slow down the fat burning, unless your eating Ezekiel bread stay away from it. try almond butter better for you. also count your macros and weigh you food out. also liss or hitt cardio is a must

In my opinion the best cardio work out is riding a bmx bike But you have to have bad bearings
It works great I come home and it looks like I took a showerThat mostly because I have a helmet on and pads I don’t know what was up but I was at 220 lb then in about 9 months of doing nothing I was 168 lb This was right before I started riding bmx If anyone has any guesses why Then that would be helpful

Random but this summer im determined to go to the gym for at least an hour a day and I’m chubby in my torso and no bi seps, any suggested work outs? Btw I’m 14 and 5 6 if that means anything but determined to at least gain a little muscle and loose as much fat as possible before school starts again

+Anthony S. its not just about the workout, its a few things,Diet is a huge HUGE part of it, for weight loss eating 5-6 times a day but good meals about ever 2 to 3 hours to increase your matabolisum. eating 3 times a day or less will make your body go into starvation mode telling you body everything you eat to save as fuel because it dosent know when it will eat again. whn you eat frequent your body will use the fooda s it comes in for fuel. meals like chicken and fish with brown rice, or sweet potatos. if you have red meat like steak never NEVER have carbs with it because fat and carbs are both fuel sources so your body will store one as fat so when you have red meat eat your greens like brocolli . if you have a hard time eating 6 meals a day you can always get meal replacement shakes and do something like this. Breakfast, Shake, lunch , Shake, dinner, Shake. hope this helps let me know if u need any more questions answered
