Self Improvement Books Why They Don’t Help and What Will

Why self-improvement books, courses and workshops haven't transformed your life. Dr. Symeon Rodger, an internationally acclaimed authority on Warriorship and the ancient world's strategies for personal development, tells you why self-help isn't working and how there really is a way to change anything in your life by pursuing "resilience" instead of searching for solutions to individual "problems".

Theres no point of that link it just a book of some sort you dont need that much intel to self develop in my point of view if you want something you go out and get it and you consist and learn about it never have doubt and always believe that you are capable of anything thats all the whole 72 min book thing is just too much

I appreciate the lens you look through. If you haven’t read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz I would highly recommend you to check it out. It touches on what Ruiz calls the process of domestication and accepting what the culture we’ve been domesticated through effects the life in which we live.

Great Video! I read a self-help book that actually helped as it makes the reader make a commitment, do exercises and work on change their lives. It was a really eye-opening book.

I was curious, have you read “Mentor Me” by Ken Poirot?

It has become my favorite positive and self-help book. I was wondering what your thoughts are of it. It completely changed my life! If you have not read it, you can see it here…http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KPGM28C

+Jabar Galaroza Maybe you should read the book and form your own opinion. Your sarcasm is a bit ridiculous.

Actions that have evidence that work for happiness:
Exercise(for sleep), Sunlight on skin (meletonin), eat beans and sweet potatoes (look up blue zones), purpose, connection – look em up.
