Video Summary:
Anyone committed to building an amazing life will benefit from a personal development plan. Creating one, however, needs to be a customized design, based on your own personal needs and goals. It's not something you can copy from your friend or colleague. If you do, it won't meet your specific needs. Spend time figuring out what your needs are, and what you hope to accomplish. That information will pay off handsomely so you don't chase down blind alleys that get you nowhere productive.

Once you know what you're looking for, with a stunning array of material and programs available, use every resource at you disposal to narrow the search to what's best for you. Tap into free resources first, until you identify the experts to best direct your path. Gather the lay of the land, and where you hope to arrive.

Minimize time and energy zappers and addictions. Replace destructive habits with constructive ones.

Identify a life purpose, if you don't already have one, that speaks to the center of your being. Only then will you have the commitment to pursue your self-improvement plan.

Keep track of your progress, so you can review and realize the journey you've made.

Leo, why don’t you coach people under 25 years old? I only found out now and I seriously wonder.
Also, another question. Why don’t you coach people who earn less than 60 000 per year? It creates quite a paradox. On one hand, you are a “life coach”, but on the other hand you only coach those who don’t really need the coaching as much as everybody else.

      1) Emotional immaturity
      2) Low income people cannot afford one-on-one coaching. Coaching is very time-consuming for me. To the point where I hardly even coach high-income people. It’s not a very scalable way to help people. My focus is on making better videos and courses that can help 1000s at once.

Actual personal development plan is only 13:15 – 13:25. Rest of the video is self-advertising. I have never EVER seen so much self-advertising on any other video.

    Hello mr. Actualized.org

I am a student from Croatia, my study is Programming
You can very easily learn everything you need to know to start with from me.
I am writing this comment as i got to the 3:52 second mark. I understand everything you are saying, literary everything and even more. Things even you would not believe.
I strongly think that this comment will not be buried under all of the other thousands of comments you get daily. I am very business oriented as well and would like to start a .. let’s call it a partnership or even a mentorship with you. If you look at the recent changes in my youtube channel you will find some wierd thoughts hanging around there.
I also have a LinkedIn Account you can find me by my real name, which i think is easy for you to do right? Of course it is, everything is easy when you look at it from all of the possible and even impossible perspectives that exist in our hmm plane of existance? Anyway look at my channel and my LinkedIn account.

(I just now noticed that when I talk i use the word I too much. Sometimes even with lower case I’s which i left out of my spell checker in my head (that’s not a typo). I would like your opinion on this thought and if you agree a stable way of talking – but leave that for the future to show, it’s not important right now) 😀

    To sum up my thought:
Send me a messege or contact me any way you see fit if you like my ideas or my many(hopefully) different ways of thinking.

I know people in my life that have gone literary insane from overstudy or something more on those lines. I do play to research the topic myself for my own benefit but if you are interested i can share (and keep sharing) my thoughts (at least those which i find interesting) with you!

Cheers mate and of course just remember to stay calm!
    Contact me

PS: I will also send this messege as a mail or youtube messege so you can have a better chance of reading it 😀
