    I started doing brazilian Jiu jitsu and swimming at my gym.

    For swimming, the sauna is my reward. For BJJ, it’s just awesome so I always try and remember how I feel afterwards.

    I think it’s important to keep in mind that the good feeling and “motivation” from doing things often comes after the fact and not before. I’m always more motivated to return to the gym or from BJJ class immediately after I’m finished. That’s the feeling I chase.

    Great video +Real Men Real Style! For me, it is more fun to go to the gym with a partner. I have also learned to pack my gym bag the day before. And reward, hmm. That I have not yet thought off. You Antonio, just pointed out and made clear what it makes more fun and easy to create good habits. For that I thank you. =)

    Yes, exactly. Really the entire process is simple, and yet a challenge. In my opinion a part of what makes life both of interest with enjoyment. We start small and work our way up through commitment, and positive habits.

    I like the idea of a small immediate award as opposed to something further out. I think implementing that really would help me.
